We hold community safety as our foremost goal and as the primary criterion in all treatment and case-management decisions.

While there is no “cure” for many of the problems our clients present, effective self-management is a desirable and attainable goal.

We treat each individual referred to us with dignity and respect, regardless of the nature of the problem needing treatment.

When services are provided at the request of a criminal justice agency, we acknowledge a responsibility to the referring agency as well as to the client referred and we deal openly and directly with any ensuing complexities.

We believe that the use of authority in the treatment plan through having participation mandated by a criminal justice agency does not diminish the effectiveness of treatment and is often an essential ingredient in insuring its success.

We believe that open collaboration and communication with the supervising agency is essential to the success of forensic treatment.
