Pacific Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc - SHARPER FUTURE, a private-sector professional corporation based in Sonoma, California, was founded in 1995 to fill a growing need for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment in San Francisco.

Originally named The SHARP Program, the forward-thinking program was founded by psychologists, Drs. Mary-Perry Miller and Tom Tobin who drew upon their decades of public-sector experience providing administrative and direct services in a community mental health system until their retirement. 

SHARPER FUTURE began extending its services throughout California in 1999, and now has treatment facilities and offices serving the following communities:

Palm Desert/Riverside • San Diego County

Bay Area/San Jose • Fresno/Madera

Sacramento • Yolo/Woodland
